Why Measured?

For their use of materials and space-planning to create playful, functional, and unexpected environments. I also appreciate their collaborative team approach; it gives me the best opportunity to learn from my peers and mentors.

Path to architecture

It started with an early interest in interior design and architecture and then a business degree that led me to roles where I felt creatively unfulfilled.

Earliest architectural memory

Building homes out of Duplo Blocks and then moving to drawing floor plans of my “dream house”.

Favourite space

The Getty Museum, in Los Angeles. The incredible architecture, views of the city and rotating exhibitions of world-class art collections make it tough to beat!

I love working with clients because

I love helping people bring their ultimate design dreams to fruition. Seeing their joy at the end of a project makes me happy!

I’m inspired by

Local Artisans when visiting new destinations. One of my last trips was to Guatemala where I was amazed by the vibrant textiles that the local artisans created through ancient dyeing and weaving methods.
